Some of our competitors brag that their wastewater treatment systems have 20-micron polypropylene filters to remove toxic heavy metals. This filter can catch paint residue and particulate.

But a 20-micron filter cannot come even close to filtering out metal ions.

The photo below helps illustrate the relative sizes of a 20 micron filter to a copper ion. The garage door opening is scaled to represent a 20-micron hole in the filter. The very small green garden pea at Mason’s foot represents a copper ion.

CMS’ VANISH Treatment Systems remove over 99.9% of copper by breaking the electrical bonds that hold metals in the water. Copper ions in water will never settle out of solution until the bond is broken.
